who am i?
My name is Yuval, and I grew up in a loving home that inspired me to dream big. I fell in love with dance at 13, exploring nature in the desert and leading activities in a youth movement. After a year of community service, I combined education with military service, then traveled through South America and participated in the Urban Dance Camp in Germany. I joined the international Mayumana troupe, performing globally, and later mentored youth in the same movement that once shaped my journey. While with Mayumana, I started learning about nonviolent communication and completed two courses and a coaching certification. Recently, I also became a mediator in this method.
During my journey, I explored spirituality, reading extensively and meditating. I faced a challenging period, questioning my purpose, but ultimately realized the importance of making the most of life despite difficulties. I learned to release self-created suffering and embrace life's joys, a concept echoed by many spiritual teachers and coaches.
Over the past two years,I fell in love. I've traveled the world, experiencing diverse cultures and perspectives. My first Ayahuasca experience profoundly impacted my understanding of how we are energy and how our or our ancestors past is dictating our behavior and decisions, yet I met many who chose their paths independently.
What I’ve realized is that we all seek the same needs: connection, meaning, security, love, movement, visibility and more. We just find different ways to fulfill them.
